Before booking our vacation, I read hundreds of reviews of different properties in Maui. We decided on Lahaina Shores Penthouse 5 based on its reviews and the information on the owner's website which included lots of photographs.

My husband and I just returned home after 5 days in Penthouse 5 and everything was PERFECT. The Lahaina Shores property is incredible. The lobby is open and spacious and they have an Expedia Concierge available to help with sightseeing.

When we opened the door to Penthouse 5, we were both amazed at the view of the water and the island of Lanai in the distance. We spent hours watching the boats and we were able to see whales by using the binoculars which were in the desk. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possible imagine. The living room/dining room is beautifully decorated and comfortable for relaxing. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway closet and a variety of beach items for guests to use.

If we come back to Maui we will definitely stay here again and we are already recommending it to our friends who are planning their vacations. We were able to walk to the Lahaina Harbor as well as to restaurants and shopping on Front Street in less than 5 minutes. This was a big plus because we didn't have to worry about parking. The drive from the airport is less than an hour and the highway is along the coast with beautiful views of the water and the mountains. Thank you for a vacation we will never forget.
