We stayed in the penthouse #3 condo. It was a very nice, updated condo. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to stay. All the furnishings were excellent, Big screen TV was great. And of course the huge balcony overlooking the ocean was a great feature too.

As far as the condo itself goes, it was like being at home. The kitchen was well equipped, walk in shower in the bathroom was nice, comfortable beds (even the sofa bed). Also included are a washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, almost everything you would need for a beach vacation.

The building itself is very close to downtown Lahaina. You can walk there in minutes. There are many shops, restaurants and a convenience store. I could go on, but just know that this is a very nice condo with all the comforts of home. The owners, David and Autumn, were great and very easy to do business with. Should I ever return to Maui, this is the condo I would want to stay in again. My only suggestion would be to ask for a parking space in the outside lot, not the underground lot. If you are looking to stay in Lahaina, stay here!! You won't be sorry!
